A Conversation Among Small School Designers NSRF/New York Annual Meeting

New York City is the epicenter of small school development now and historically. Generations of school reformers here have worked to create schools that embody community and use community as a learning resource. The fourth annual meeting of the National School Reform Faculty in New York honors this tradition, featuring a conversation among veteran small school designers and those now in the thick of their designing work.

The National School Reform Faculty networks school reformers regionally and nationally. It aims to promote student achievement by sharing effective practices and tools, promoting critical friendship, and engaging in honest and accountable conversation about practice. The New York Center is housed at the Ruth W. Horowitz Teacher Development Center, Steinhardt School of Education, New York University.
