Carsten Boesmann, '02, Nears the Finish Line in Cross-Country Fundraiser

Carsten Boesmann, PhD, '02 will soon finish a 30-day, cross-country motorcycle ride meant to raise awareness, and dollars, for Parkinson's Disease research.

Boesmann, diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2003, began his trip in Cleveland, Ohio on May 31. At the close of his trip on June 29, he will have traveled through twenty-four states and twenty-eight major cities. As he approaches the end of his journey, Carsten will swing by his old stomping ground of NYU, making a stop at the Arch in Washington Square Park on June 28.
